FAQ

Is everything authentic?
Yes. We only sell factory-sealed product sourced through legitimate supply channels. Every item is checked for seal integrity before it goes out, and on local pickup you can inspect the seal before paying.
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, then select Reserve order. Your order details are copied so you can send them to us on Instagram. We reply to confirm availability, the total and the next step. Nothing is charged automatically.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment on this site. Payment is arranged directly: bank transfer, or cash on local pickup. We always confirm the total with you before anything is paid.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Free pickup in Limassol by appointment, or delivery across Cyprus. Delivery cost and timing are confirmed when we reply to your order.
Are prices VAT included?
Yes. All prices shown include VAT.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few hours during the day. Instagram is the fastest way to reach us.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Message us and we will make it right. Sealed products are sold sealed and unopened. Full returns and policy details will be published shortly.
